About Jim Greer

Jim is originally from Glasgow and attended Glasgow School of Art and taught Art at St Andrews High School.

After returning from Adelaide, Australia, where Jim was a freelance artist, he gained an honours degree in Architectural Glass. He has since formed his own company making stained glass and worked as a tutor in Trinity College Carmarthen.

Using glass and other mediums such as oil painting, he currently takes private commissions from his home studio.

The backlit glass in this room was inspired by the 50th year Anniversary of the moon landing and is Jim’s take on the solar system.

More of Jim’s work can be seen around the building, many of which are available to buy.
